Order/Shipping Info

We process orders during regular business hours (M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Pacific Time Zone). Approximately 80% of the items displayed on this site ship within 24 - 72 hours of receipt of your order and will arrive in 5 - 7 days from shipping date. 10% ship within 3-5 working days, 10% can take up to 4 weeks depending upon the stock of our suppliers/manufacturers.

Most items will ship from our  Warehouse, some will ship directly from our suppliers to you. You may receive two or three packages to complete a large order. There will not be any additional shipping charges because of multiple deliveries. On most orders over $150.00 shipping to a residential address for your protection, we require a signature upon delivery. If you request "No Signature Required" in the comments section of the order form, we will comply but the recipient is responsible for said delivery.

Military Shipping:
All military addresses, ie: APO, FPO, APO AE etc. will be shipped Priority Mail and will require extra shipping costs up to $10.00 for weights of 1 to 5 pounds. For orders over 5 pounds, we will contact you with the shipping cost based on the size and weight of the item. By placing an order you agree to these additional costs.

International:
We do not ship outside the USA.

Warranty
The items you purchase from us can be returned for warranty service to the dealer/service center nearest you. Use the Internet to locate the manufacturer and determine the nearest service center to you.

Disclaimer
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, webmaster or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Shopoftools.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging you, Shopoftools.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on mis-priced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Shopoftools.com shall immediately issue a credit to your account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return Policy
Unused tools in original packaging may be returned for credit of the price of the tool within 30 days of purchase subject to the following limitations. Tool and components must not show signs of abuse, misuse, modifications, cracked or cut cords, dents, scratches or damage by fire, mud or other foreign matter. Shipping is not refundable unless it was our error. Some manufacturers may charge up to 20% restocking fees. Please be sure to insure any returns and include a copy of your invoice. Personalized orders are not refundable unless the problem is our error.

Please do not accept a package if it has obviously been opened or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt to report any shortages or shipping damages.

If an item is damaged when you receive it, please keep all original packaging as the freight company may want to inspect it. Let us know by email about the problem.
